8-oz whole-wheat spaghetti;
2 1/2 tsp olive oil;
1 lg onion, chopped;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
salt and pepper;
8-oz fresh baby spinach;
1 1/4 c ricotta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to pkg directions;reserve 1/2 c cooking water. Transfer pasta to large bowl.
2. Heat oil in skillet; add onion, garlic,salt and pepper.Cook stirring often adding spinach a little at a time till wilted.Add the spinach mixture and the ricotta to the spaghetti; toss to coat, adding the reserved water as needed to make a creamy sauce.
