4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
juice of 2 oranges
1/2 pint whipped whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until a light lemon color. Stir in sugar and orange juice. Cook in a double boiler until it becomes a thick paste. Cool. Before serving, add whipped cream.
