1/4 C. Oil
1 LB. Round Beef Steak or Venison
2 T Flour
1/2 C Water
1 (143/4 OZ. Can) Peeled Tomatoes
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
2 T Ground Cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in 1 inch strips of chunks. Brown meat in oil. Remove from pan add flour and water to pan drippings to make thick gravy. Then with juice from tomatoes fold meat, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper to gravy. Simmer until meat is tender.
Serve over rice or as filling for flour tortillas.
