2 cups yellow cake mix
6 tablespoons butter

4 Tablespoons Apricot jam
2 apples peeled, grated
1/4 cup raisens

1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1Tablespoon sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients into 10 " spring form pan bake 8 minutes.

Spread cookie with next 3 ingredients

Mix next 3 ingredients and spread on apples
Bake 35 minutes
