2/3 cup cocoa 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine cocoa and powdered sugar cream butter and 1/2 cocoa mixture in a large bowl until well blended. Gradually add milk and vanilla. Blend in remaining cocoa mixture beating until of spreading consistency
