1 lb boneless pork loin roast, tied;
1/2 T chopped cilantro;
1/4 tsp.Cajun seasoning;
1/4 T dark brown sugar;
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; cover and cook on low heat setting for 6-8 hours or on high for
4-6 hours, or until meat is fork-tender. Serve with baked sweet potatoes and a salad.
