2 bunches spinach cleaned and dried
1 cup croutons
1 cup fresh mushrooms
2 hard cooked eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1-2 Tablespoons half and half (enough to make dressing creamy)

Directions:

Combine spinach croutons, mushrooms and egg in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise sour cream until smooth. Add rest of ingredients mix until smooth. Gently toss with spinach
