1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and mix. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While still hot, sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips; spread. Then frost with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter and milk to spread easily.
