2 C. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 C. milk
4 C. self-rising flour
pinch of baking soda
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sweet potatoes, butter, and milk until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and sugar. Shape dough into a ball and knead about 8-10 times on well-floured board. Roll dough out 1 inch thick and cut with a 2 inch cutter. Bake in a greased baking pan in a 400 degree oven 15-20 minutes or until brown. Makes about 15.
