2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. whole milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chopped chocolate
2 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. day old cubed french bread
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream, sugar & milk. Remove from heat,stir in 6 oz. chopped chocolate until it melts. Whisk in eggs. Place bread (cut into 3/4 - 1" cubes) in 8x8" baking dish. Spread chocolate mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring a few times. Before placing in a 300 oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake, uncovered, 40-45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
