1/2 cup butter
1 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
400* 50 minutes
Melt butter in boiling water. On low heat add salt and flour. Beat well until mixture leaves the side of pan. Immediately remove from heat. Quickly add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. After last egg, beat until mixture has a satin like sheen

Drop by large spoonful's onto cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Split when cool and fill with desired filling
