1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 ripe mashed bananas
3 T. sour cream or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add flour, soda, bananas, and sour cream until well blended. Add nuts & raisins. Pour into floured & greased loaf pan. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350. After removing from the oven, cool & wrap in aluminum foil for 24 hours.
