1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 sliced peaches
1/2 cup walnuts
maraschino cherries
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 359
Heat butter and sugar in a 9x13 inch pan until melted. Arrange peaches nuts and cherries on sugar mixture.
Combine cake mix,water, oil and eggs in mixing bowl, beat 4 minutes pour over peaches. Bake 50-55 minutes (do not under bake) invert onto platter.
