Butter
Munster or mozzarella cheese
Garlic salt
Basil or oregano
Tomatoes
Olive pimento loaf.

Directions:
Directions:
Butter two pieces of bread; on unbutterd side of bread put one slice of olive pimento loaf and cheese; sprinkle on a little of each: garlic salt, sweet basil or oregano. Add thin slices of tomatoes, salt and top with other slice of bread buttered side on outside. Grill like any other grilled cheese sandwich.

This is Paul Postovits recipe. He is my mother's brother. My sister's, Carol and Lynn, used to make these for me when I was a little girl. (Note: I personally prefer the Winn Dixie brand olive pimento lunch meat.)
