"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package 8oz philly cream cheese
1 5oz glass jar old English sharp cheddar cheese spread
1/2 5oz glass jar of roka blue cheese spread pressed garlic (jar) or (fresh)
worcheshire
milk

Directions:
Directions:
At room temp., mix together: garlic to a taste (I use 1 heaping tsp.), add 2 or 3 shakes of worcheshire sauce and add some milk to make dip consistency; mix with blender to desired consistency. (Remember, its easier to add than it is to take out. Too much milk will ruin the dip so use it gradually as you mix it with blender.) It's all about consistency with the milk.....good luck!!

You know it's a beloved family recipe when you are putting these recipes together to put them in the book and you immediately jump up and run to Publix, get all the ingredients, make the dip and put it in fridge to chill so you can eat it after your finished with the computer!!!
