1 large wheel of Brie cheese
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup chopped pecans (not too fine)
1 cup brown sugar

OR:
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Peach chutney (or any other flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Combine raisins, brandy and pecans and marinate overnight. Stir in 1 cup brown sugar. Place brie on an oven-proof dish/plate that you will serve it on. Pour mixture over brie and cover. Bake 10-12 minutes. After 10 min. check for consistency.

Serve with good-quality crackers
