2 cans Cream Style Corn
8 oz Sour Cream
3 Eggs
1 stick Butter, melted
2 cans Kernel Corn (drain water) or 3 C Frozen Corn
12 oz med Cheddar Cheese, grated - set aside 1/3
1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 13 x 9" casserole dish with Pam. Combine all ingredients in order given EXCEPT for 1/3 of grated cheese. Pour into casserole pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake for approx. 60 min. Remove foil for last 15 minutes. The cooking time differs; just make sure that the casserole is firm in the middle.
