1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 chicken breast,split,skinned and boned

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill.
In a large bowl, combine vinegar, oil,garlic powder and pepper.
Add the chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator for up to 1/2 hour.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the excess marinade and grill for 8-10 minutes per side or until the chicken is forktender and no pink remains.

You can serve this hot or cold. It is really good. I usually make this on my inside grill pan and it comes out great.
