1 C Rice
1/4 C OIl
1 Small Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Cup Tomato
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Cups Water
1/4 Tbsp. Comino

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in frying pan add rice, brown completely.
Drain oil. chop onion and garlic, place in rice add 2 cups water and tomato you can squeeze the tomato or smash it. add salt stir
Bring to boil for 10 minutes do no cover yet.
after 10 minutes turn to low and cover for 15 minutes do not stir anymore. Turn off for 5 minutes then open lid and sprinkle you comino on top.
