2 lbs Sirloin, cut in strips
1 Stick Butter
Garlic Powder
2 Green Peppers, cut in strips
1 Can (1 lb) tomatoes
1 Beef Bouillon
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add beef to melted butter in skillet. Sprinkl with garlic powder and brown. Remove meat, add onion and green peppers. Saute two minutes. Return meat to skillet, add tomatoe and bouillon cube. Simmer five minute. Blend cornstarch, water, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir into meat mixture and cook just till thickened.
