16 oz sour cream
3/4 c milk
2-4oz cans of chopped mild green chilies
4 c cooked rice
8 oz Monterey jack cheese (grated)
8 oz cheddar cheese (grated)
Salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and chilies, set aside; toss cheeses, mix all ingredients, pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 min. until hot and bubbly.
