Crust:
1 cup vanilla wafer cookies (about 20)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tbs butter, melted
Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Neuschaftel or Cream cheese
1/2 cup low fat or regular peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 8 oz container regular or fat free whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 cup (about 2) sliced bananas
1/4 cup fat free chocolate sundae syrup

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Crush or grind cookies finely. Combine with 1/3 cup brown sugar and butter. Press into and up sides of buttered pie plate. Bake 10 minutes at 350' ; cool completely.
3. With electric mixer, beat together until smooth, at medium speed, the peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Arrange banana slices over bottom of prepared crust. Spread peanut butter mixture over bananas. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Cover tightly and freeze at least 8 hours. Let thaw 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.
