Mix above ingredients well and add 1 c milk and enough flour to make a stiff batter. Pat out on floured board, cut and bake in a very hot oven

Commentary: These biscuits are durn good. I've benn settin at the table myself an seein biscuits from this recipe disappear faster than snow in august. Cours I was right thar helpin make them vanish too!
