3 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
vanilla or nutmeg
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk and sugar. Add salt and flavoring. Cook in double boiler until it begins to thicken. Pour in crust and bake in 350 oven until crust is done.
