2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups diced fresh apples
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, eggs, flour, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir in apples and nuts. Pour into a well greased bundt pan or oblong glass pan. Bake at 350 for 40 or 50 minutes.
