3 ounces Mexican spiced chocolate
(semisweet chocolate with 2 tablespoons sugar can be substituted, but isn't as good)
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. When chocolate has softened, beat mixture with a rotary beater until blended and mixture stops boiling. Bring to a boil again and beat well over heat. Bring to a boil a third time and beat over heat to produce as much foam as possible.. Pour into cups and serve immediately.
