Ingredients:  
1 lb of ground chuck beef
1 chopped onion
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can of tomatoes with chilies(optional)
1 can of pinto beans, undrained
1 can of kidney beans, undrained
2 cups whole kernel corn, undrained
1 pkg or about 3 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef with onion in a large skillet. Then add all ingredient in a large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes
Divide into 8 equal servings. This recipe will be good for weigh watchers( About 5 points). It also freezes well.
