2/3 cup dry bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or quick cooking oats
1 cup milk
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper

SAUCE:
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients for meat loaf and mix well. Shape into loaf and place in pan. Mix sauce ingredients and cover meat with sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
