1 box of Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1/4 cup of cooking oil
4 eggs
1 small(11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
1 tsp. butternut flavoring or vanilla flavoring

Icing I
1 9 oz cool whip
1 large can of crushed pineapple and juice
1 3oz box of instant vanilla pudding

Icing II
1 stick of butter
1 box of confectioner sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 small can of crushed pineapple(well drain)

Cake:
mix all 4 ingredients and bake in 4 pans at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 mins.

Icing I:
Mix pineapple and pudding. Add cool whip. Spread on and between layers. Keep refrigerated.

Icing II
mix softened cream cheese and butter together. Add sugar, flavoring and drained pineapple. Mix and frost cooled cake.
