Pumpkin Bars Recipe

2 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 C chopped Walnuts
1 C Canola Oil
16 oz can Pumpkin
2 C Sugar

Cheese Frosting:
1 T Milk
3 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 stick Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Powdered Sugar

Combine all cake ingredients (first 10) well and turn into a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Bake 35 to 40 min. at 350. Cool completely. Prepare frosting: Mix ingredients together well and frost cooled cake.
Store in refrigerator.

This is one of the Best pumpkin cakes you'll ever taste! Not that much trouble - worth every bit of the effort. This was served often at our ladies club/coffee clutch meetings. Recipe courtesy of my 'old' friend, Betty Luetke.
