beef (cubed)
cabbage
celery
carrots
potatoes
tomatoes
peppers,onions

and your choice of:
garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take the beef chunks and brown in pan. After a little while add little water (if needed) to get browned down juice on bottom of pan. Add onions and more water and cook a while longer. Then add a bit more water with other vegetables and spices.Makes a little or lots depends on if you want little or lots:


Note: can add a flour/water mixture to make the juice into gravy consistency.
