3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2tsp baking powder
1-16 oz can pumpkin (2 cups)
3 eggs slightly beaten
OPTIONAL:
1 c nuts
1 c raisins
1 c coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease well two 9 x 5 in loaf pans. In large bowl, with fork, mix flour with next four ingredients. Add remaining ingredients together and mix just until blended. Turn batter into pans. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean. cool 10 min.
