1-20oz pineapple chunks drained 1-11oz mandarin oranges drained 1 c miniature marshmallows 1/2 c shredded coconut 1/2 c heavy cream 1 T sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla
In large bowl combine 1st four ingredients. In small chilled bowl with chilled beaters beat cream until foamy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold cream into fruit mixture. Cover. Chill.
