1 C Flour
1 stick Butter
2 T Sugar
1/2 C chopped Nuts Pecans
1/2 C Powdered Sugar
3/4 lg container Cool Whip
2 pkg instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
2 1/2 C Milk
8 oz Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, butter, sugar and nuts like pie crust; pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 until lightly browned; cool. Mix together powdered sugar, cool whip and pudding and spread over cooled crust. Mix together the milk and cheese and beat 2 minutes on low setting of mixer. Spread over the first layer. Top the pudding layer with the rest of the cool whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
