2 MEDIUM ONIONS OF CHOICE
3/4 CUP WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR
2 CUPS MILK
1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE OF CHOICE
1/4 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES
1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS OR STUFFING
1TSP. SALT
1 SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER

Directions:
WASH POTATOES, PEEL OR UNPEELED, SLICE THIN ALONG WITH THE ONION MIX IN FLOUR UNTIL COATED, ADD MILK UNTIL DISH IS 3/4 FULL. CHEESE CAN BE MIXED IN WITH POTATOES OR USED AS TOPPING. MIX CRANBERRIES, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. BAKE IN OVEN OR MICROWAVE STIR ON OCCASION. WHEN THERE IS STILL SOME MILK IN DISH ADD THE BREAD CRUMBS AND/OR CHEESE
