Ingredients: 1 8 oz round of Brie cheese 1 lb. ground pork sausage 6 white bread slices 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 7 large eggs, divided 3 c. whipping cream, divided 2 c. milk 1 tbsp. dried sage 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:Trim and discard rind from top of Brie cheese. Cut cheese into cubes and set aside. Cook sausage over medium high heat stirring until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain well and set aside.
Remove bread crusts and place evenly in bottom of lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Layer evenly with bread slices, sausage, Brie cubes and greated Parmesan cheese. Whisk together 5 eggs, 2 c. whipping cream and nexty four ingredients. Pour evenly over bread/cheese mixture. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Before baking, whisk together the remaining 2 eggs, 1 c. whipping cream and pour evenly over chilled bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until mixture is set. |

Notes: Favorite "new" Christmas morning brunch for theYost family. The Brie cheese makes this dish different from other egg casseroles and very easy to prepare the night before. Delicious!
