Grouse cut up, butter, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, little chopped onion, mushrooms and white wine.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown breasts and legs in butter- in frying pan. Season with salt and pepper and cook slowly in chicken broth till tender. Cool and debone. In another pan saute the onion and mushrooms. Add to the casserole. Add a can of soup to gravy. Also add sour cream, mushrooms and white wine. I am sorry I don't have more specifics on amounts. Place in casserole and bake till hot. I serve this on wild rice.
