1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 32 oz. (4 c.) of pasta sauce of choice 1 tsp. salt 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles 1/2 c. water 2 c. cottage cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Combine beef, water, salt and spaghetti sauce. In a greased 9 x 13 pan layer 1/3 sauce mix, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese, and 1/2 mozzarella. Repeat, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.
