1 1/2 sticks of margarine 1 can of sliced mushrooms 1 onion sliced thin 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 cups long grain rice 4 cans Campbell's beef broth soup
Saute margarine, onions, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce until onions are clear. Put rice and four cans broth into 3qt glass Pyrex dish and add sautéed mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
