Pork chops
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbls. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in butter. Put into a baking dish. On top of each chop put the dry mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar. Pour a little water into bottom of pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or so depending on the thickness of the chop.

We had this quite a bit as kids. Kelly and Lesley you have had this but am not sure about Lindsey and Matt. ( Kelly reminded me to put this in the book.) Make sure there is water in the pan or they will burn.
