16 slices white bread 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese 12 eggs 2 cups milk 1/3 cup maple syrup
Trim crusts from bread and cut into quarters. Layer 1/2 bread in greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Cube cream cheese and put over bread. Top with rest of bread. Mix eggs, milk and syrup; blend well. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.
