1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage ( regular)
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage ( Hot)
1/2 package cornbread stuffing (Pepperridge Farm)
Sauce ingredients

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sausages and cornbread stuffing together. Form into meat ball size. Bake on a cookie sheet with sides at 350 for 20 minutes. Drain well.

Sauce: 2 T. cornstarch, 1/4 c. soy sauce,
1/2 c. water,
1/4 c. brown sugar,
1 can pineapple chunks and juice.

Heat and stir the cornstarch, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and juice from drained pineapple together until thickened. In a crockpot or chafing dish add the sausage to the sauce. Heat and serve.
