4 oz. Blue cheese
4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
1/3 C Olive Oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
C red onion
C chopped parsley

Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of plate

Combine oil & garlic, drizzle over cheese

Combine vinegar, lemon, onion, parsley and sprinkle over top

Refrigerate over night

serve on crackers or lightly toasted sliced baguettes
