2 lb. round steak
Flour
1 c. chopped celery
Pinch of salt
Pepper
Basil
Parsley
1 tbsp. sugar
4-5 carrots, sliced
3-4 potatoes, cubed
1 qt. stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. minute tapioca

Directions:

Dredge meat in flour. Mix all together in a large covered casserole. Bake 5 hours at 250.
