1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. half and half
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 tbsp. or less chopped onion
1 small jar pimento
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make white sauce of sugar, butter, flour and half and half. When thick, stir in one slightly beaten egg and salt to taste. Stir thoroughly; do not boil. Set aside to cool. Grate the boiled eggs; grate cheese; add eggs to cheese along with chopped onion, pimento and white sauce mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
