1 pkg. crescent rolls 1 lb. ground pork sausage 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 c. Cheddar cheese and mozzarella 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Press crescent rolls into pizza pan to form crust. Spoon sausage and potatoes on top. Add cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over. Bake 375º for 25 min.
