1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chocolate and milk in large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes or until well melted. Stir in vanilla, nuts, and marshmallows until smooth. Pour into wax paper lined 9 x 13 pan and chill for 2 hours until set.
