6-8 potatoes, diced
2-3 carrots, sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 c. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk
4 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in a large kettle. Cover with water and cook until tender. Mix cream cheese, margarine, soup and milk until well blended; cook over low heat. Add bacon. Pour into large kettle with vegetables. Cook until heated through.

If you want a thick soup: drain water. For a thinner soup: leave part of water on vegetables.
