1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1/2 c. (scant) salad oil 1 c. water 4 eggs 1/4 c. poppy seeds Icing: 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix the bread ingredients with an electric mixer. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 in. bread pans. Bake at 350º for 40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle with icing while bread is still warm.
