2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
7 c. riced potatoes (cold)
1/2 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, salt and sugar like pastry. Add potatoes. Knead. Add cream. Knead. Roll out and bake on hot lefse grill.
